Pursuant to the Sex Offender and Child Murderer Community Notification Law, 730 ILCS 152/101, et seq., the St. Clair County Sheriff's Department maintains a list of sex offenders residing in St. Clair County who are required to register under the Sex Offender Registration Act, 730 ILCS 150/2, et seq. A list of sex offenders is being offered on this web site as a public service to parents who may need this information for the protection and well-being of their children. This list contains the names of registered sex offenders who reside in St. Clair County Illinois.
